Windward Way Road Repair

The Village of Tiki Island would like to inform residents that we will be scheduling road repair to begin sometime within the next 30 days in the 300-400 block of Windward Way.  This repair will cause inconvenience as a portion of Windward Way will become a one-way street for travel during this event.  The contractor will break up and remove one side of the roadway to prep and pour a new roadway.  The new portion will need to cure for 72 hours before utilization and then the contractor will repeat the process to complete to the opposite side of the road, which after completion will again need 72 hours before utilization.  At this time we do not have an exact date scheduled for this event but will inform you as soon as the contractor schedules the work.  We simply want to make you aware of the impending work so that you can schedule any major plans you may have accordingly.
